Beginners Yoga - 7 Week Block

Class Description
LAST CHANCE FOR IN PERSON CLASSES BEFORE MOVING ONLINE! FINAL 7 WEEKS - BLOCK BOOK TO GUARANTEE YOUR SPACE IN CLASS If you’re new to yoga this class is perfect for you. Teaching you the foundations of yoga, each week we break down a different part of the yoga class. Including: Sun Salutation (a sequence of postures strung together that flow into the next that help warm us up) Main Phase Postures (asanas) Balancing (all of the postures that test our balance and build strength in our core and legs) Seated Postures (introducing you to the most common seated postures helping with posture and flexibility) Lying Down Postures (there are so many postures when we are on our back, and sometimes they can be difficult to pick up in a regular class as it's hard to see when you're on your back!) Putting It All Together (with patience!) This block commences on Wednesday 9th August running for 7 weeks. Cancellations: Please note once booked this course is non refundable nor can the booking be transferred to a different course or class.


Cancellation Policy
Class Passes: As per terms and conditions, if 48 hours notice is not given for a cancellation you will not receive your Class Pass back. If you cancel with more than 48 hours notice your Class Pass will be returned to your account to use for a future class. Please bear in mind the pass expiry date will not be extended. No refunds on Class Passes once purchased. Courses: All courses are non refundable nor can the booking be transferred to a different course or class. Monthly Passes: All monthly passes are non refundable nor can the booking be transferred to a different class or course.
